More than one billion people worldwide do not have access to drinking water. Take unsafe water sanitation and this circumstance causes disease and death. According to the UN every day 6000 children die from diseases caused by consumption of unsafe water.
United Nations stated that "everyone has the right to water and this law is a prerequisite for all others."

Earth is the only planet in the solar system has water in 3 states. The waters covering 70% of the Earth's surface and the average depth of the oceans is 3800 meters. The problem is that almost all water Earth is salty.
Of all the water on the planet less than 1% can be utilized by mankind (groundwater, rivers and lakes).
